According to the reports Barcelona star Lionel Messi has issued three demands to the club officials in order to stay at the club amid interest from the clubs in the Chinese Super League.

Messi has been carrying the club on his shoulder since past few weeks. Messi scored the winning goal as Barcelona battled their way through, Atletico Madrid this weekend.

Despite scoring astonishing 35 goals in 35 games this season, the future of Messi is uncertain at Nou Camp.

Lionel Messi’s contract expires next summer, as of yet, he is yet to sign an extension.

Spanish journalist Edurado Inda claims that the five time Ballon d’or winner is prepared to quit for China next year.

Chinese Super League clubs are ready to offer Messi wages worth 85 million euros in order to quit Barcelona.

The star player has issued three demands in order to prevent the club from losing him on a free transfer.

According to the first demand Messi wants manager Luis Enrique to leave at the end of this season. Despite winning the treble in 2014/15 season, the club is inconsistent under the Spaniard.

Second demand is that Sevilla boss Jorge Sampaoli should join Barcelona. The player has also told the club chief to splash the cash this summer.

Andre Gomes and Paco Alcacer are struggling at the Now Camp and Messi wants them to be replaced with higher quality players.

Messi also wants a huge wage hike to extend his stay at the club.

While the club remains confident in keeping their star man.

China’s interest could throw a spanner into the works and Messi could leave if his wishes aren’t met.
