New jersey police said that atleast 13 schools in Passaic and Bergen counties,were activated with evacuations due to bogus bomb threats. Bomb squad and k-9 units(Police dog) were sent to the schools.
Many schools, like Lodi High School, Fair Lawn High School, Midland Park, Garfield, Fort Lee, Hasbrouck Heights and the schools in Elmwood park were also investigated by the police officials of Bergen County Sheriff's Department.
The sherif’s department has checked several schools in Leonia, Hawthrone, Paramus boroughs and Hackensack High School,Little Falls, Englewood (Dwight Morrow) where bomb threats were made.

The Boroughs of New jersey like Midland Park, Fort Lee, Elmwood Park, Hawthrone and Lodi were cleared after the investigations.Schools of Fair lawn, Hackensack, Englewood, Leonia and Garfield were on spring break.
A robocall, was received at around 7:55 a.m. regarding the bomb threat,that in the parking lot a bomb has been placed in a car. The bomb squad evacuated the schools and found the absence of bomb.
Both the Midland Park, Elmwood Park, schools were in session.The threatening call was received at the Midland Park Board Office, a person claiming with the presence of bomb in the schools. The police department checked the schools and found safe. After the completion of bomb threat investigation, the students resumed to their classes.
