Hillary Clinton, the US Democratic presidential candidate has said her race against Bernie Sanders for the party nomination is effectively over.
Clinton said in an interview to CNN, that, "I will be the nominee for my party." "That is already done, in effect. There is no way that I won't be." She holds a commanding lead in the delegate count.
But, the Vermont senator continues to insist that he will fight for every last delegate and has a narrow path to the nomination.
On the other hand, the Democratic leaders are concerned over the party unity as a clash between Sanders supporters and party officials held at a party convention in Nevada over the weekend.
