Our mantra is : “everybody Can-Can” and we are committed to help and support as many people as we Can-Can. Since we’ve opened our doors at the end of 2010 we’ve been witnessing the transformation of hundreds of students all coming from very different cultures, backgrounds and body types.

The mother of all our routines is our Hot Hatha yoga. 30+ classical yoga postures performed in the heat.One of the most powerful yoga systems ever. We also offer Hot Flow , Forrest yoga, Hot Fusion ,a class that melds elements of our unique hot yoga system and the Forrest Method, Yin/restorative yoga and Hot Barre workout.
