Pick the soothing scents that you personally know will help calm you down rather than opting for the ones just for the sake of it. Cut down on the caffeine
If you are already stressed and jittery, the last thing you want is to add to that stress even further. The best way to manage your signs of stress is by ensuring that you do get rid of the caffeine altogether or try and cut back from it as much as possible. This is a necessity more than anything else. That being said, it is very important that you don’t go cold turkey because even the withdrawals can often cause stress and make you jittery as well. High doses of anything including caffeine in it can induce anxiety which is why it is best to abstain from drinking that.
Chew some gum
Chewing gum has been found to have beneficial impacts in helping boost the condition of concentration but, it has also been found that it comes in handy for handling the symptoms of stress effectively. Even a conducted study found that an individual who chewed gum had a better sense of well being and lesser bouts of stress which is exactly what you want and need in your life. Be with a company you like
