Mother of Cricket England, Knocked Out by BangladeshCricket

The mother of Cricket game, England has thrown out of the World Cup event by the minnows Bangladesh today with powerful bowling and fielding. The England team has not lifted the World Cup trophy so far.

England Captain Eoin Morgan won the toss and elected bowling first to weaken the Bangladesh team. As the England were planned, the Bangladesh openers followed one after other to go pavilion, but Soumya Sarkar and Mahmudullah controlled the England’s bowling by adding 86 runs in 18 overs. Soon after Sarkar left the crease, Shakib al Hasan came and gone just at 2 runs of individual score.

Mahmudullah and Mushfiqur Rahim played very professionally to make a decent score against England. Bangladesh score 275 runs in 50 overs with a loss of 7 wickets.

In reply to the Bangladesh decent score, England started it’s innings strongly with boundaries as Moeen Ali and Ian bell tried to win the game early, but Moeen Ali went out as run out at 43. Captain Eoin Morgan and James Taylor were played nothing as other top order did well. Wicket Keeper Jos Buttler and Chris Woakes strived to clinch the game with 65 and 42 runs respectively.

At a moment Team England looked strong to win the game as team was at 163/6 in 35.4 overs and 238/7 in 45.5 overs, the tail-enders spoiled the game with the captain Morgan. Team collapsed in 48.3 overs at 260 runs. Runel Hossain of Bangladesh took 4 wickets and Mortaza has taken 2 crucial wickets.

Mahmudullah was given man of match title. The victory sent Bangladesh to the Quarter finals, while the England to home.
