Besides the hectic scene at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata, Messi's journey in India was unforgettable as he acknowledged the affection and support from the fans. He shared his experiences on Instagram, expressing gratitude and optimism for the future of football in India. "Hello India! What amazing trips to Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. I appreciate the warm reception, wonderful hospitality, and all the love shown during my tour. I hope for a bright future for football in India," Messi stated in his Instagram update.

Messi also shared a video on his Instagram, sharing that his time in India with his Inter Miami teammates, Luis Suarez and Rodrigo de Paul, was an unforgettable experience. "First and foremost, I want to thank India for all the affection shown to us over these days. It was a wonderful experience to share. Though it was short and intense, it felt beautiful to receive all the love. I had an idea it would come, but experiencing it firsthand was incredible. It's amazing what they have done for us in the past few days. We will cherish all the love and definitely return. Hopefully, one day we will have the chance to play a match, but we’ll come back to visit India," explained the Argentine football star.
